Three course Seniors’ Menu lunch consisting of…

Entrée: choice of potato and leek soup OR panko crumbed prawns with sweet chili mayonnaise and lemon

Main: choice of roast turkey and ham roll with traditional roasted vegetables, gravy and cranberry sauce OR grilled barramundi fillet with roasted chat potatoes, buttered vegetables and lemon butter sauce

Dessert: choice of Christmas pudding with brandy custard and vanilla ice cream OR pavlova with whipped cream, fresh fruits and passionfruit coulis
